The Website is primarily an information and marketing portal. It provides details about our auction services, upcoming sales, how to buy and sell with us, and how to contact us.

You'll place bids through our auction portal (powered by a trusted third-party provider, the "Auction Platform").

When you click links such as "View Catalogue", "Register to Bid" or "Enter Auction", you may be taken to our auction portal. Your use of the portal is governed by:

• the terms and conditions of the relevant Auction Platform; and
• our Auction Conditions of Sale and any auction-specific "Important Information".

These Website Terms only govern your use of this Website. They do not govern your bidding activity or any purchase contracts, which are covered by the applicable Auction Conditions of Sale and the relevant Auction Platform's terms.

3. Other terms that may apply

In addition to these Website Terms, the following terms may also apply to you:

• Our Auction Conditions of Sale, which apply when you bid, buy or sell with us (available on request).

• Any separate seller or consignment agreement if you instruct us to sell goods on your behalf.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and any auction/seller terms, the auction/seller terms will usually take priority for that transaction.

• those shown on the relevant Auction Platform catalogue page; and
• the applicable Auction Conditions of Sale and "Important Information" for that sale.

You must not rely solely on summary information on this Website when deciding whether to bid. Always review the full lot description, condition information, terms and charges on the Auction Platform and any condition reports or viewing arrangements we offer.

Nothing on this Website constitutes advice on which you should rely. You should obtain professional, technical or legal advice where appropriate.

We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.
