  2. Fill out the registration form with your correct details and submit it.
  3. Check your email inbox for a verification link.
  4. Click the verification link and your account will be ready to use. Return to the login screen you were redirected after registration or click the Login button on the page.

Step 2: Register to Bid on an Auction

  1. Navigate to the auction page by selecting an auction from the homepage or clicking “See Auctions” in the header.
  2. Once you selected an auction and you are on auction page, click the “Register to Bid” button.
  3. Complete all required details. You may be asked to verify your card (no money will be taken from your card).
  4. Make sure to read and accept the terms and conditions of the auction.

Step 3: You’re Ready to Bid!

Once you’ve completed registration, you can start bidding. We recommend reviewing the lot photos and descriptions carefully before placing your bids.

About the Lots

Sources, testing policy, raw returns, stock photos, listing information, bundles, and warranties.

Lots offered in our auctions come from a variety of sources, including:

  • Customer returns – items that have been sent back for reasons ranging from failed or refused delivery, wrong item ordered, or simply a change of mind, or due to damage, defects, or missing parts.
  • Overstocks and liquidations – surplus stock or clearance goods from retailers, distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Ex-display and demonstration items – products previously used in showrooms or as demo models.
  • Business closures or asset sales – equipment or goods sold when businesses restructure or liquidate.

The source of a lot is usually indicated in its description, and photographs provided show the current state of the item.

Commitments & Policies

Bid cancellations, returns, selling policy, and £1 start / no reserve.

Bids are binding, so please place them carefully. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.

  • You may request a bid cancellation only before the auction ends.
  • Your request must be received during our working hours so that we have time to process it.

Once the auction has closed, bids can no longer be cancelled under any circumstances.

Bidding for Success: Buyer Tips

Practical tips to get the most out of our auctions.

  • Place bids early — Don’t wait until the last minute — get your bids in advance and use the max bid feature to stay competitive without constantly monitoring the auction.
  • Use max bids wisely — Enter the maximum you’re comfortable paying. The system will only bid as much as needed to keep you in the lead, up to your limit.
  • Save on postage with more items — Buying multiple lots at once helps reduce delivery costs, since postage can be combined across lots (and even auctions if they’re at the same location).
  • More lots, better chances — The more items you win, the higher your chances of striking a really good deal overall.
  • Review all photos carefully — Photographs are the most accurate representation of a lot’s current condition. Always study them closely before placing your bid.
  • Read the “Important Information” section — Available under the T&Cs and Important Information tab before you bid. It contains essential details on product condition, delivery, and your responsibilities as a buyer.
  • Arrange a viewing if you want extra peace of mind — You can book a lot inspection before the auction ends by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. This is your opportunity to see the items up close.
